Asus adds 6 new enterprise-focused laptops to its ExpertBook lineup
On Thursday, Asus unveiled a series of laptops in India designed to facilitate hybrid working, including the ExpertBook B5, B7, B2, B3, and 12th Generation B9 & B1. These laptops are touted by the company as being crafted to boost productivity and deliver a robust, seamless user experience. The new models will be made available through Asus Enterprise Channel Partners.
Key features shared across the updated ExpertBook lineup include resilient and durable materials, comprehensive multi-layered security, a built-in ethernet port, and various health protection features such as ASUS Antibacterial Guard and a TÜV Rheinland-certified display.
**ExpertBook B5 series**
The ExpertBook B5 (B5402CBA) and B5 Flip (B5402FBA) are equipped with Intel’s latest 12th Gen Core i7 P-series 28W high-performance processor, Thunderbolt 4, Iris Xe graphics, up to 40 GB of DDR5 RAM, and fast Wi-Fi 6. These laptops feature 14-inch displays with FHD resolution and anti-glare coating, supporting up to two SSDs. The B5 Flip is a convertible laptop with a touch display and a garaged stylus, along with built-in noise-cancelling microphones and spill-resistant keyboards.
**ExpertBook B7 Flip (B7402FBA)**
Powered by the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 28-watt P-series processor and Intel Iris Xe iGPU, the ExpertBook B7 Flip supports up to 64 GB of fast DDR5 RAM. It is designed for on-the-go productivity, featuring a 5G cellular modem and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. The laptop boasts a 14″ QHD+ display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, protected by Gorilla Glass. Privacy is ensured with the ASUS Private View display feature, providing a narrow 45-degree field of view. The B7 Flip also includes a 360° hinge and comes with the ASUS Pen, incorporating a magnesium-aluminium alloy for increased chassis strength.
**ExpertBook B3 Flip (B3402FBA)**
Featuring a 360° any-position hinge for PC and tablet use, the ExpertBook B3 Flip is protected by MIL-STD 810H US military standards. It includes a two-way AI noise-cancelling technology for clear communication and an optional garaged stylus for tablet functionality.
**ExpertBook B2**
The Asus B2 Flip offers extensive hardware customization options to meet diverse business needs. The ExpertBook B2 series (B2402CBA & B2402FBA / B2502CBA & B2502FBA) comes in 14-inch/15.6-inch display sizes and flip/clamshell options, powered by Intel Core vPro i3-i7 processors.
**ExpertBook B9 and ExpertBook B14 (updated with 12th Gen Intel processors)**
The ExpertBook B9 (B9400) has been updated with the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, Iris Xe graphics, 32 GB LPDDR5 5200 MHz memory, up to dual 2 TB SSDs, and Wi-Fi 6. The 14-inch display features ultrathin bezels with NanoEdge technology, an infrared camera, and a smart proximity sensor for fast biometric face login. The 66Wh battery promises all-day battery life.
The ExpertBook B14 (B1400) has also been updated with the 12th-gen Intel Core i7 processor, supporting up to 48 GB of RAM, hybrid SSD + HDD storage, and weighing just 1.45kg. It features an aluminium alloy build, a power-key fingerprint sensor, and offers a portable design.
